You can add one more all-star supergroup to the list of late night offerings for Jazz Fest 2016. Billed as The Heat, the one-off band will feature Ivan Neville on keys, Oteil Burbridge on bass, Eric Krasno on guitar and Stanton Moore behind the drum kit.

The band is scheduled to perform at One Eyed Jacks in New Orleans on Saturday, April 23, just a few hours after Pearl Jam headlines the main festival at the Fair Grounds Race Course. Chicago-based funk outfit The Heard are also set to play an opening set at the show.

The Heat marks Burbridge and Krasno’s second scheduled collaboration during Jazz Fest 2016, as the pair are also slated to headline One Eyed Jack’s with keyboardist/singer Nigel Hall on Wednesday, April 27.
